The good Samaritan

Luke 10:27

“He answered, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind; and your neighbor as yourself."”

A man was traveling when robbers attacked him and left him hurt by the side of the road. A priest came by, saw the man and passed by on the other side. Then a temple worker came by and didn't stop either. Then a Samaritan came along, someone from a people who didn't even get along with the hurt man's people. But he had compassion: he bandaged the wounds, put the man on his own animal, took him to an inn and paid for his care.
